Club Trips

Visitors are most welcome to attend up to three designated club trips allowing them the opportunity to establish whether we are a club that they would like to be part of. As a visitor the max trip rating you can attend is Medium Rated

Safety Induction

New Members are required to attend a club driver training program designed to ensure a minimum safety standard prior to attending trips above rating medium.

Accredited Training

QLD 4x4 Club Accredited Driver Training is conducted under license from Four Wheel Drive Queensland for financial QLD 4x4 Club members and is a nationally recognised qualification.

Membership Fees 

The fees for new members comprise the three components listed below:

• Joining Fee $65.00 (first year only)
• Four Wheel Drive QLD Association Fee $30.00 (annually)
• Membership Fee $40.00 pro-rata adjusted and calculated based  on joining date (applicable to joining year only, $40.00 annually there after)

Membership renewal is then due June of each year

Your membership fee includes - annual insurance, state association fee, club house rental and club running costs

Minimum Requirements

All visitors and members must comply with Club’s minimum requirements when embarking on a Club 4WD trip. You are required to have the following equipment in your vehicle whilst participating on trips:

Snatch Strap  |  2 x Rated Shackles  |  Fire Extinguisher   |   Can of CRC Shovel   |  Shovel   |   UHF Radio  |  Rated Recovery Points, Front & Rear
