Cost: Camping is $10pp per night (powered) or $8 pp per night (unpowered).
Come out to Blackbutt for a camping weekend (your choice - Fri to Sun/ Sat to Sun/ Sat day trip or just Sun day trip).
Staying at the Blackbutt Showgrounds (they have been warned out for 20 campsites) where there are unlimited unpowered and 10 Power sockets available (if required) with showers and toilets onsite.
We will be camping in the same spot as we did for the Corroboree so plenty of room.
The weekend plan is:

Friday evening – set up camp, fire, and drinks

Saturday 0800 – 1200 4WD Trip (Medium drive)

Saturday 1300 – 1500 4WD Trip (Medium drive)

Saturday 1800 Christmas Dinner
- Share a meal (either in pots or camp ovens – fire pits supplied) BYO everything else. (we will try and get the undercover area for eating).
- get dressed up and set up your fancy tables (prizes awarded for best dressed and best table settings).

Sunday 0900 – 1400 Optional bike ride (BYO) from Blackbutt to Yarraman (19km – mainly flattish) along the famous Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT) having lunch at the Yarraman Pub and return (by car or bike).
- This is not meant as an exercise ride just at a leisurely pace!
- Perhaps you can do a one-way swap with your partners at the lunch stop for the return journey.
- The Yarraman Pub may be able to transit people (and their bikes) back to Blackbutt (but you need to notify Peter ASAP).

Sunday if not doing the bike ride you can on a 4wd trip to 7 Mile Diggings, a drive to the wineries or just relax at camp and come to lunch with the energetic ones.
